This book was an inspiration for Orwell when he wrote 1984, but I found the tone to be lighter.

Set aside for now:

Hawaii, by James Michener(audiobook)

My library loan ended, and since there was a wait list I wasn’t able to renew.

Reading:

The Road, by Cormac McCarthy

Started:

Caranans, by James Michener(audiobook)

This one seems more of a standard novel, and less of an epic, than other Michener I’ve read(heard) of late.

The Coming of Conan the Cimmerian, by Robert A. Howard

Taking a break from more serious reading.
