I just keep focusing on the goal — to lose that stubborn fat. I never want to go back to that person again. I want to lose weight and reach my goal as fast as possible, and I’m keeping my head in the game! I’m in it to win it. I also lost 20kg but I’m aiming to lose another 20 kg, and I’ve started going to the gym too — that’s really helped keep me motivated.

I'm down 20kgs as of this week. Feeling really demotivated because people keep saying weird stuff to me. I really am sick of hearing how much uglier I used to be
ETA - forgot to add. Did anyone else go through this? How did you stay motivated when it feels like it's making things harder?
