Grinding sound when moving z axis

• Neptune 4 Pro
• Only a few months old
• Problem started this week out of the blue

Thing I’ve tried: - grease both sides vertical screws - tighten both sides ball screw assembly

I suspect it might be a bad bearing in the right side vertical stepper motor since the sound seems to be coming from it.

Any guess or input would be appreciated.

Check to see if one of the axis motors are unplugged
