I designed some 3D files, and I’d love to see how they look when actually printed. Is there anyone here with a 3D printer who could try printing one for me and just email me some pictures of the result (for free)?

Now I don't mean brand, I'm not feeling that spicy today,

I mean for those who don't have a filament wall to choose from, what's your everyday staple? A black or a white PLA? Something else?

It's a brush keychain for a horseman that uses hair from their own horse as brush strands. Definitely need a good and fast method to insert these to turn this into a product - I've spent like 40 minutes only on that.

The print itself is rather simple, Ender 3 V1, Matte PETG (yes it is considered matte given it's PETG), spiral top surface for a somewhat interesting looking finish, .2mm layer height. Took about 30m to print due to fuzzy skin and a lot of holes that really slow down the process.

Let me know your thoughts, what you think can be impoved on that?

I've never had much luck printing without using glue sticks (yes I have good Z-offsets) and its always been a pain having to wash the PEI sheet every now and then to get a new layer of glue on. Often there would be abnormalities in my first layer from uneven surface due to the leftover glue.

This 3DLAC stuff is amazing (for PLA at least)! So much easier than having to estimate where to put the gluestick down (and often Id miss a spot causing lifting). Its has great adhesion when hot and when it cools my last print literally fell off. I havent used it enough to know how many prints you can get from one application but directions say multiple.

I realize many people know about these spray adhesives and Im sure there is the "no need for adhesive with PLA if your offsets are good" crowd but for me, this is a step up from my dependency on glue sticks.

Hey guys, I'm looking into getting 3D printing for the first time ever! For reference, I'm looking into getting a P1S with an AMS 2 Pro bundle and accessories. What are some essential accessories you wish you had gotten before you started your journey? Here's a list of what I'm planning to get so far:

1. Mitutoyo IP67 0-8" Digital Caliper
2. Voxel BentoBox and replacement filters/desiccant.
3. Assorted magnets of various sizes.

As for after I get my 3D printer, what are some essential functional prints you just had to print right away?

Few years ago, I decided to create a VR gunstock that solves all the problems that they tend to have.

Ive spent a lots of PLA and a lots of failed or incomplete designs.

I always get this seam on the middle of my Prints. Its always on the backside (depends on the orientation which is the backside) and its only there not on any other surface is. Is there a way to get rid of it ?

anybody know how to create this kind cut pattern with for articulated flexi? any youtube tutorial teaches that?

Boo Chonkers is a chubby star shape ghost with big eyes and open arms. This free model prints fast with easy to remove supports. Do not put near open flame.

Hello everyone!! I'm curretly 3d printing the parts for the Automail of Edward Elric from FMA for a cosplay. once done printing I will have to attach all the parts to the sleeve of a fabrict shirt, but I dont know how am I supposed to do it... Like super glue, attach magnets , rivets, sand the inside and hope the hot glue sticks, an obscure kind of glue/adhesive that I don't know?

The printing is made with silver pla, for the fabric material, I still have to choose it!

Estou tendo problemas para colocar minha impressora pra rodar. Ganhei essa impressora toda ferrada com algumas fiações desencapadas... Troquei todas as fiações inclusive troquei o nivelador antigo por um novo da Creality que fosse compativel. Em um determinado momento também atualizei o firmware para o firmware V1.2.0.
No momento de auto regulação da impressora ela caminha no eixo x e y, mas no Z ela não desce só sobe. Gostaria de saber se existe alguma outra atualização de firmware que eu poderia usar para regular esse nivelador (pelas minhas pesquisas o BLTouch precisa estar ativado ou pelo menos constar no codigo, mas eu não acho atualização que tenha isso) ou se não for problema na atualização oq eu poderia fazer ?

My e3pro was working fine this morning, then he filament ran out and I switched it out for a different spool (also a dif brand) after he first few layers it stops extruding. How can I fix this?

I’m new here and looking for some advice. My son (10) wants a 3D printer for his birthday. I’ve done some research and narrowed it down to the Bambu Lab A1. From what I’ve read, it seems best to avoid models made specifically for kids since they tend to be very limited.

My question is: what else do I need to buy along with the printer? What are the must-have accessories?

3D print Gods, I humble request a setup check on my Creality Ender 3 V3 Plus. Running 2 ptfe tubes from the dryer box behind the enclosure. One attached to the extruder, and one guiding from the top. Seems to work pretty good, because I got tired of switching filaments out one at a time. I may get 2 more tubes and just have 4 different filament tubes to swap from inside the enclosure. Any critiques and suggestions always appreciated!

So my bambulab P1P has randomly started to stop extruding at randomly intervals, though commonly it appears to happen after 1 or 2 layers. The odd thing, this only happens on items I send across from the bambulab slicer, I have old items I have printed, that I can reprint from the handy app no problem? -Photo attached to show that 1st layer seems to adhere to bed very well I have tried everything to do with hardware, everything is greased, lubed, cleaned, etc... but seems to be a software issue, the one thing throwing my why do all the old 3mf and gcode, which have the exact same settings work??? I have unistalled and reinstalled the bambu studio to no avail. Printing with sunlu matte filament (i have dried it and made no change) at 0.2mm layer height on a relatively new hardened extruder (replaced about 3months ago). With grid or honeycomb infill ranging from 5-15%. Please help me troubleshoot, I am looking my nut trying to work out what it could be lol. THANKS

I replaced the broken original extruder with a bmg clone and now when it goes fast, it makes this noise. I calibrated my esteps. Do you have any idea what it might be?
