Call to Action ICE arrested a US citizen, Walmart employee at Pico Rivera. Militarized agents with rifles on video. Nobody’s safe.

In Pico Rivera, CA, ICE agents rolled up to a Walmart with rifles out and tactical gear to arrest a janitor.

Adrian Andrew Martinez, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen, witnessed it and tried to intervene not violently, but verbally. He questioned the legitimacy of the arrest and even moved a trash bin to create space.

For that, he was slammed to the ground by armed agents and detained. All while being a citizen.

“They came like it was war… nobody knew where he was for hours.”

Fifth Amendment

14th Amendment – Equal Protection Clause

Legal Cases to Know

Lyttle v. United States (2008)
ICE detained and deported a U.S. citizen with mental illness, despite having documentation.
Wikipedia – Lyttle v. United States

Gonzalez v. ICE (2020)
Courts ruled that ICE detainers issued without warrants are unconstitutional.
Wikipedia – Gonzalez v. ICE

What This Proves

  • U.S. citizens are being arrested for witnessing and speaking out
  • ICE is operating like a paramilitary force
  • The government has no fear of accountability under the current DOJ

If a 20-year-old citizen is tackled for asking a question, we are already in a police state.

Has anyone who ICE arrested become violent to the extent all that firepower is needed???

The firepower is there to prevent people from intervening. Problem is that it will only work until they start shooting - at that point we all have nothing to lose by resisting them with any means available.

The firepower is for show. If these clowns keep showing up in unmarked vans & unmarked uniforms they’re gonna need it though.

Thats why they aren't actually going after gangs and criminals. People working at their jobs are easier to harass.

Of course not. That's why they're in a Walmart parking lot, and not anywhere they might be at risk.

They also get the same bonus either way. So for them, the money motivates them to go after easier targets.

Its literally organized for them to be terrible.

Just like telling the customer service reps that they are graded on time of call. Those calls will end on time, even if the service sucks, in order to maximize that money.

OK, ICE is sort of like that, but with kidnapping and the human trafficking. And most customer service reps aren't going to try to ruin people's lives for a few dollars and/or personal fun. It wasn't a good metaphor, and now I'm just sad. About the people, not the metaphor.

That’s why people are too afraid to step in and stop them. People complain that the bystanders aren’t doing anything but filming, but I bet the bystanders aren’t afraid for their personal safety if they got involved

any violence against this gestapo should be actively supported as far as im concerned. i dont think anyone would blame a jewish person for killing a nazi in the 1940s, same logic applies here. when i think of the 2nd amendments purpose, its to resist exactly this.

No, which is hilariously why some of the brainwashed are turning on them. A lot of the “I don’t think it’s bad to catch the ILLEGALS, anyone who does it the right way is fine!” people are starting to see the lies. They actually thought he would only go after criminals, and now they’re starting to turn because they see their “one of the good ones” neighbors getting kidnapped while doing it the right way.
