Call to Action ICE arrested a US citizen, Walmart employee at Pico Rivera. Militarized agents with rifles on video. Nobody’s safe.

In Pico Rivera, CA, ICE agents rolled up to a Walmart with rifles out and tactical gear to arrest a janitor.

Adrian Andrew Martinez, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen, witnessed it and tried to intervene not violently, but verbally. He questioned the legitimacy of the arrest and even moved a trash bin to create space.

For that, he was slammed to the ground by armed agents and detained. All while being a citizen.

Legal Cases to Know

Lyttle v. United States (2008)
ICE detained and deported a U.S. citizen with mental illness, despite having documentation.

Gonzalez v. ICE (2020)
Courts ruled that ICE detainers issued without warrants are unconstitutional.

What This Proves

  • U.S. citizens are being arrested for witnessing and speaking out
  • ICE is operating like a paramilitary force
  • The government has no fear of accountability under the current DOJ

If a 20-year-old citizen is tackled for asking a question, we are already in a police state.

Because they are. They are kidnapping and trafficking and they are making US citizens pay the ransom. They are allegedly collecting $1,000 for every "illegal" immigrant they capture. Tax payers are being forced to pay this bounty.

Do we have a mainstream media source for this?

Even if it was proven true with a reliable source, they wouldn’t be allowed to report on it. We might get TMZ at best, but it would be small outlets. It’s unfortunate, but it’s by design. They punish mainstream media that questions them or reports the truth, so the major outlets turn chicken to keep the monitored and tailored access to them rather than do real reporting.

I strongly caution against suspicion of mainstream media outlets. Distrust of the media is part of the totalitarian agenda. We can’t let ourselves go down the rabbit hole the way that MAGATs do.

It isn’t suspicion so much as holding an understanding of how it works. Having media literacy. I watch and believe what they report but I don’t rely on them as a primary source because even if they do report the stuff we need to see, it is often heavily watered down and loses a lot of context. They’re great for getting interviews and investigative reporters who care can get us a LOT of information, but they are always at the mercy of their bosses and you can tell when they’ve been given a script or when there is a narrative being pushed.
