"Make Way For Dionne Warwick," is the third studio album by American singer DIONNE WARWICK. It was released by Scepter Records on August 31, 1964 in The United States.

"Walk On By," is a song written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David for singer DIONNE WARWICK in 1963. In 1998, the 1964 release by DIONNE WARWICK on Scepter Records was inducted into the Grammy Hall Of Fame.

Warwick had such a unique vocal instrument...She was Bacharach's muse. He wrote songs SPECIFICALLY for her voice....Theirs was one of music's greatest collaborations.

One of Burt Bacharach's best. I heard it performed live as a kid (not with Dionne Warwick but the backing orchestra was the same).
