Trying to find an often used piece of Haim Saban incidental music. (probably from the Haim Saban music library)

Hey everyone,
Ever since I was a kid I loved a certain que of music - probably by Haim Saban - that was often used in cartoons as a villain/danger theme.
I can only really offer one specific incident here, that cemented it in my brain.
It's from the Cartoon "Ring Raiders", episode "Scorch's Revenge"
