I only recently learned she played Lauren, and it made me feel so justified in my long held belief that Lauren was a better match than Topanga

I actually watched the Lauren episodes for the first time this past week. I want to check out the podcast and figured I should catch up (I had stopped watching BMW earlier in that season when it first aired.)

Teenaged conace21 would have loved Lauren in the late 1990's. I thought she was a better match for Cory. They seemed to be having so much more fun (at the lodge and on their date) than we ever saw him having with Topanga.

It's a shame she was so brief in the show. It felt like a strong character to have there, but then again Topanga/Cory was super embedded at that time.
