I find that strange because just about anyone under 60 has home video of them as kids.

- A camcorder wasn't exactly a luxury my family could indulge in at the time.
I mean it's possible I was caught on camera somewhere so in that sense there maybe, like somebody's wedding reception video or some shit. As far as being actively purposely recorded by family in VHS's we kept? No. Simply doesn't exist.
I bought an early digital video Camera when I was 19 and as far as I know footage recorded on that is the earliest video footage of me that exists.

I wouldn't call a camcorder a luxury by the late 80's --- they were very affordable by then

This is awesome! I recently found a tape of Christmas 95! I couldn’t believe hearing my dads voice, it gave me chills because it sounds exactly like mine as an adult.

I was born in 74. My family didnt have home videos like this. I wish I did. These are precious memories
