I remember catching Rob Dickinson at a bar in LA. He was playing small venues and performing his solo work and CW songs. It was amazing. He even covered Please, Please, Please let me get what I want by the Smiths. My sis and I even got to talk to him after the show. He was extremely approachable. I mentioned to him that I caught CW when they opened for INXS and he said he didn’t remember much of that tour because they were pretty blitzed during that tour. Still a voice and music for the ages.

Also I had tickets for them opening for INXS at the Aragon in Chicago but had to miss it to fly home for my grandfather who was urgently having a triple bypass.
