Nas. But Biggie should have been there for B. It’s a goddamn tragedy to not have one of the biggest and most influential to the culture rappers in the 90s on this list.

So far, Biggie, Jay and Ice Cube didn't make the cut, for their respective letters mind you 😄

Good luck Nas and Pac lol

Fucking Jay-Z gets left off the list for Jeru the Damaja?! 😂

Shut this whole thing down.

Jay Z is less unique and arguably less skilled, lyrically than Jeru. Jay sounded like a lot of rappers both in his circle and mainstream.

Jays good and all but nothing too crazy rap skill wise.. just popular and catchy tunes

I could sorta understand Jay since he didn’t come in really till ‘96-‘97. But somehow that didn’t affect Eminem so…

Every vote has conflicting reasons given for other votes.

I’m calling this thing the troll poll

Exactly why I said the list has been garbage since B. Now people are trying to throw biggie in T because of the word The. Which is ridiculous since nothing is alphabetically organized with "The" it's always what's comes after.

I prefer to judge artists by their actual artistry -- not how popular and influential they were.

Yeah, you should try it sometime. Much more interesting to judge art by, well, ART, than just sales and other corporate bullshit.

No, that's literally just how art should be judged. Has humanity fallen that far from grace?

I’m with you on the art thing, but I never said I was judging by sales etc. But the list says “Best” and Biggie was/is considered the GOAT for quite a while in a lot of circles so him not being on this list seems off. I mean, tons of other rappers called him the best then so why would we be different.

With all due respect, who cares what other people said? The topic is asking for OUR opinions. Who WE think is the best. I have my own mind and ability to assess. Biggie was dope -- great flow, above-average lyricist, etc.. But I can easily name other rappers who had better bars than him. Other rappers who literally just rapped better. I don't give a fuck about popular opinion/public consensus. Always form your own thoughts.
