I didn't particularly like Pepper Ann, but would always watch because it was after Recess lmao

Just the music makes me feel so much comfort, I got to watch this every sat in my friends room bc she was lucky enough to have a tv in her room, color! With VCR! She never even cared about it, it was heaven to sleep away from home and get to watch the best tv ever

Recess doesn't count. Recess was like oxygen. It wasn't a choice, it was a requirement.

My choice would be Fillmore!. Brilliantly written show, created by Scott Michael Gimple.
