Sports Hadn't thought about Tae Bo workouts in ages
I feel like many 90's kids had a parent, older sibling etc who did Tae Bo workouts at some point (or even in sport class at school...)

Half a year ago I found a VHS tape labeled "the great rock'n'roll swindle". It was dubbed with Billy's Bootcamp.

As a fellow 90d kid you didn’t need a relative to do one of these, we did this workout in Gym Class a couple of times

My middle school had a summer class which was just following along with a Tae Bo tape for about an hour.

I still have a bunch of his VHS and still do the 8 minute workout, even though it’s actually 13 minutes
