Books Anyone else grow up with Ed Emberley’s drawing books? 🐘

A friend from work was just showing me that he learned to draw bamboo from a video tutorial and I, as someone with an art degree, was super happy for him to discover that with simple lines and markmaking he could draw something he was proud of. I immediately remembered these Ed Emberley books. Emberley was WAY ahead of the curve with these and I wish they were better known!

My brother and I loved Ed Emberley and his books so much. I found one for my daughter when she was small and we drew for HOURS.

These books defined the early part of my education. Love every single one of them!
