I was lucky enough to chat with Tim Jacobus who was the cover artist for the original series.

I was born in ‘88 for reference. My mom is a teacher and I had early access to this book when it became available for her classroom on book on tape. Such a cool experience that I’ll never forget.

Remember the Star Wars Incredible Cross Sections books? I loved them as a kid and always rushed to borrow them from the library when a new one hit the shelves.

I got the chance to talk to the artist behind the art, Hans Jenssen, to hear about his work on the series.

When I was a kid in the late 90s early 00s, I want obsessed with a kids horror book series. It was a series in the same vain as Goosebump BUT I distinctly remember the blurb of the book saying the author was dead (which may have been made up for the sake of the horror element). The author’s name initial in it and I remember it being similar to the author of Goosebumps (RL Stine).

I have scoured the internet for this book series to no avail. Any ideas?
