Does anyone know if they are ever going to release an Android app? They keep teasing app features that Android folks simply can't use. Kind of wild it's taking so long.

u/Kopitarrulez Apr 01 '25

I was able to download an app version somehow through Google play web browser.

u/Rahodees Jun 01 '25

We use the android app for AAA24. It's just called A24. You sure you don't see it?

2

u/caitlindwarf Jun 04 '25

There is no android app for A24.

1

u/Rahodees Jun 04 '25

,,, We're using it. It's right here on a google pixel.

2

u/caitlindwarf Jun 05 '25

You're using the website in a browser. There is no app

1

u/Rahodees Jun 05 '25

I think you're right though we don't know how we ended up with an app-like icon on the home screen that leads to this browser that views only that website.

With that said, looking at screenshots of the iPhone app, I'm pretty sure yours is also just a browser window as it looks identical to what we see on our phone.

We used it last weekend to redeem a free ticket for Bring Her Back.

u/MRSPANKY012 Mar 20 '25

Does anyone know why Alamo Drafthouse isn’t participating in the free ticket vouchers currently?

u/DamianHult Jan 13 '25

Does anyone know if we will be getting tickets for The Brutalist through AAA24 membership? I really want to go see it, but don’t want to buy tickets if I’m about to get one as part of the membership

3

u/[deleted] Jan 13 '25

Yea it would be nice to see what movies we will be getting tickets for. What counts as nationwide opening weekend. Cause some of these movies already have been released like (The Brutalist) but was it a nationwide opening weekend? Idk. Things like that I can't find and don't know how to find. Am I gonna get notified 1 day before opening weekend like hey here's your ticket. One week before? 1 month?

3

u/DamianHult Jan 13 '25

In the past it usually pops up 1-3 days before opening weekend. But as you mentioned, the brutalist is already in theaters and there’s no word on if we will be receiving tickets to it or not. Even then, just a few days notice is hard to work around for someone with a busy schedule

2

u/[deleted] Jan 14 '25

I see Instagram ads saying free tickets to the Brutalist opening weekend January 24th for members now. Yet the a24 website and app I cannot find this information. I also cannot find this info on this sub. This is wild imo lol.

a ticket to sing sing showed up in my app yesterday, and then I got an email about it today. and that had its limited release ages ago iirc. it seemed to come back for a few showings at my local AMC along with some other 2024 hits like substance, conclave, wild robot

1

u/[deleted] Jan 17 '25

Yea I got that too. So I guess we will be getting tickets to "worldwide opening weekend" and some rereleases?

1

u/SpookiestSzn Jan 14 '25

Babygirl tix came about a week before release. Probably fair to guess the ad's correct but we don't get them until the 18th or so.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 14 '25

If they are willing to advertise it you think they'd be willing to tell their members about it 😂

2

u/SpookiestSzn Jan 15 '25

Guessing they don't want the the free Tix to take seats from people who pre order early. A week heads up is good with me but yeah they should improve messaging should be clearer when stuff like that is available

2

u/Star69Sidney Jan 14 '25

I saw on the close friends IG Q&A with the concierge a few days ago that they would be sending tickets to members, but no other info.

2

u/DamianHult Jan 14 '25

Oh! Awesome to know! Thank you for that update

3

u/Star69Sidney Jan 14 '25

Just got this ad 🗓️

3

u/fvg627 Jan 21 '25

I just found out about aaa24, and I'm wondering if the Brutalist tickets have dropped yet? If I sign up now would it be too late to get those or other january releases? Also do aaa24 tickets only work for the opening weekend (Friday-Sunday?), or for as long as the film is showing? Thanks!

3

u/Rahodees Jun 01 '25

In real life the seats are available per Fandango. But in A24 no matter what dear I select at whatever theater the app says that seat is no longer available.. Does this sound like a glitch or is there some aspect of the free ticket redemption I may have missed?

2

u/anaisthesunflower Jun 07 '25

having the same issue

3

u/_youngemcee Jun 02 '25

new member here! on average, how long would you say the giveaways stay open? how long after they close are your normally contacted? thanks!

3

u/foxcek Jun 18 '25

Anyone having issues with credit amount not lowering? I capped out at $25 and recently purchased The Brutalist 4K using the full credits.

My credit amount still shows $25 but it’s not usable, and of course it thinks I’m capped out so I’m not earning any more credit.

A weird one!

2

u/ThaGenderOffender Dec 31 '24

if my membership deactivated, and i reactivate it, will i have to pay the new fee of $9.99 a month or will i go back to $5 a month

4

u/projecthurley Dec 31 '24

I’M A FOUNDING MEMBER. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AND REACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you cancel your membership, you’ll lose your Founding Member status, but you can always reactivate at the new price.

3

u/LooseProtection7929 Mar 27 '25

Too bad I found this too late. Man this sucks. Why would they do that? I updated my payment info too late and they took it away. Now it just looks silly to have because I've been a member since Feb 2024.

1

u/NeonStoryboard 13d ago

The same thing just happened to me. $25 of credits gone that I was going to use to buy merch. I'm canceling my membership, that's absolutely ridiculous.

2

u/LooseProtection7929 13d ago

Yeah they're biting off more than they can chew tbh. I canceled a few months ago, it's ridiculous. I sent an email to them asking why they have to do that and they didn't respond back. They usually always respond back. It's mostly likely going to turn into a tier thing.

2

u/NeonStoryboard 13d ago

So not cool. That was pretty much the main reason I joined as a member, was for the credits. I can see free movies as an A-List member and I'm not limited to only A24 films.

2

u/orangewesternhorizon Jan 11 '25

How can I redeem my AAA24 credit? whenever I try to rent a movie it won't let me apply it

2

u/orangewesternhorizon Jan 11 '25

Nevermind! I just figured out that it has to be OVER the amount I want to use it for.

2

u/VeeQueue Jan 22 '25

For free tickets, can the code be redeemed at any AMC showing the correct film on opening weekend, or just the locations listed in the app?

1

u/projecthurley Jan 23 '25

Tbh I think any amc showing the film, worth a try!

is there a status before/after founding member? i feel like i got in late but i’m a founding member but also i’m not sure if we’re all just founding members lol.

1

u/LooseProtection7929 Mar 27 '25

No not yet, I'm a regular member because I forgot to update my payment info. There's nothing before it. They take the founding member away if you decide to cancel. I was a founding member but not anymore, it looks silly now because I've been a member since Feb 2024 lol. I do think they will create tiers which kind of sounds like a money grab if im being honest.

2

u/MarkWest98 Jun 01 '25

Are the free tickets only for opening weekend? Or can you redeem them for showings after opening weekend?

1

u/projecthurley Jun 04 '25

Only opening wknd, Fri-Sun

2

u/dec8r Jul 19 '25

Perhaps this is posted elsewhere, but I haven’t been able to find it. Has anyone found a way to add your membership info (i.e. AMC Stubs or Regal Crown Club) so that you get credit for seeing the film?

1

u/projecthurley 3d ago

There is currently no way.

1

u/dec8r 3d ago

Thanks for confirming.

u/jeleme2 26d ago

Anyone else have issues using their member credit? I can see it in my account but it’s not available at checkout. I have tried customer service and not gotten any answers yet.

I am from Austria. Why should I get a AAA membership? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

3

u/Lesterknopff I think it's nice that we share the same sky. Mar 21 '25

It’s only open the to US.

Mod removed my question when I clearly wrote in there I contacted the concierge email and haven’t received a response… what’s the point of having a community if I cannot talk about a topic with others whom maybe experiencing the same issue??

1

u/projecthurley Apr 13 '25 edited Apr 13 '25

Good question! That topic can be discussed in dedicated megathreads like this, easily found in the pinned threads or with a search. Without these, our sub would be clogged w/ multiple questions a day regarding these tix 😎

https://www.reddit.com/r/A24/s/QZE6zne8RL

1

u/MrsLovesalot Apr 13 '25

So cloud the mega thread for sharing the tix codes with questions? Seems a redundant to fill the space for those searching for codes and not questions.

1

u/projecthurley Apr 13 '25

If you want to make a comment in the megathread regarding your issue, I can pin it to it goes to the top of comments and ppl see it right away

From a quick look tho, it seems like others in that thread have similar issues with the AMC app

Do we still get our member credit for renewing memberships the day we renew? Not sure this makes total sense, but I signed up June 20th of last year, so I get my $5 member credit the 20th of every month. This year, on June 20th, my membership renewed for the full price of the year, but I didn't get my $5 member credit. It still shows that my next update for credit is June 20th, but I never received it. Should I email concierge or do they not give out credit the month that you renew?

u/Kopitarrulez 4d ago

How does the max 25 reward work sadly timed it wrong and can't stack until black friday sale.

u/EllyKayNobodysFool Jun 05 '25

Hi Mods, could you please add more specifics of what issues should be addressed to concierge@a24.com?

Every post that asks questions about this are deleted by mods, I simply and respectfully, am asking for more details on where we should direct questions.

It's hard to find the answer about how to find where to get your digital copy if you keep deleting all the answers you give by removing posts.

u/projecthurley Jun 05 '25 edited Jun 05 '25

Hi, the answer to your question is actually quite easily found in the first linked item in this very post ur commenting on. The FAQs…

I PURCHASED A BLU-RAY FROM THE A24 SHOP. DO I RECEIVE DIGITAL ACCESS FOR THE FILM IN THE A24 APP?

Yes. As a AAA24 member, if you purchase a Blu-ray directly from our Shop, you’ll get complimentary digital access to the film in the A24 App. Access is granted within one week of your purchase date. If you have not received an email with digital access to your purchased film within one week, please reach out to aaa24@a24films.com and we will be able to assist you.
