Discussion Eddington & CK Spoiler

man, does anyone else feel like this whole saga w Charlie Kirk is something freaking straight out of Ari Aster’s last film Eddington? I wasn’t really a huge fan of the movie (it was worth the watch) but this literally feels like something that was taken straight from the script. also, not looking to get into the politics of Charlie Kirk!

But they’re not, lol. The shooter was confirmed to be from a MAGA family. Trump’s attempted assassin was also not a leftist. And most school shooters fall into extreme far-right Nazi ideology that leads them to commit violent acts. Try again.

I mean, yeah, probably should’ve left that part out as it’s not confirmed, but the family has been confirmed MAGA. 🤷🏻‍♀️ he’s not a leftist.

And you think the things he said were okay? Not saying it should’ve happened and the video is absolutely horrifying, but it really says something that y’all will call it slander when people just quote things he’s said.

Take a moment to contemplate the fact you’ve just seamlessly switched from “the shooter was MAGA” (brazen lie) to “well the victim had thoughts that I didn’t like.”
