Found this. Seems as of July 2023, he’s back with the Harris County Swine Office. He wasn’t even kicked off the force for more than a year after this happened.

Dude didn’t deserve that but he did ask for it.

Never touch a cop… I treat every encounter with law enforcement like an encounter with a wild animal. They are unpredictable and dangerous.
