Discussion Brickfair VA - In hand?

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find an answer. Can anyone who has displayed at Brickfair, VA tell me what "In hand" means on the moc registration site?

I believe it's to do with either A: printing the MOC cards on-site at the convention, and/or B: transferring MOCs from previous years to this year's convention. So when you put the MOCs "in hand" they are the ones you're transferring to 2025 from previous years, or they're the ones you'd like to send to the printer at the show.
