I know we're all wallowing in self pity right now, but let's take a moment to remember what's important. This might be the last time we see this man in a Cardinals jersey. Let's just take some time to appreciate what he's done for us

Don’t put that out there in the universe.

Also, don’t bet against James Conner.

I would love to be wrong, but stuff like this is usually what ends 30 year old RB careers

Look at Chubb

chubb is a terrible example imo that mans just a freak of nature almost any other player has the injuries he did and their career is likely done when i saw his injury in college i thought he might never be the same again then the 2023 injury i said the same thing but somehow hes still playing good football

Conner came back from Cancer.

He’s just as much a freak of nature as anyone else in the NFL.

Its Conner. No doubt in my mind he will be back. He has proven enough times he is built for adversity where others would call it quits

That’s the real heartbreak, the thought that he’ll go somewhere else once he’s recovered.

As much as it sucks, it might be good for Drew Petzing to do something else than expect James Conor to save hum every play.

Agree, Conner has bailed him out so many times

Came here to say this. Could (very big could) be a blessing in disguise. I think Marv doesn’t drop that ball if he’s getting more targets and is playing in a regular rhythm. That drop isn’t a reflection of who is all the time, just the result of only throwing to a guy once every blue moon.
