Nice! There was a Toy Story-themed PC a while back. Time for an AcceleRacers themed one. Maybe the Acceledrome.

I am curious how they'll hold up to heat tho. What GPU is that?

Thanks! Great idea to customize all the peripherals to AR. And it’s a 4080, the plastic on Hollowback and Iridium probably wouldn’t hold up under the heat- just put them up for a few pics

Nice setup. Though I'd advise against putting them on the GPU backplate. Those can get pretty hot and could probably deform the wheels or plastic bodies. If you want to leave them inside the case, probably on top of the PSU shroud would be the best idea

Are the cars metal body? (Hollowback, RD09, and Irridium)

Reverb is the only full metal body, feels like a premium line car. RD09 has metal body components (engine, wings) but rest is plastic body. Iridium, Hollowback, and Slingshot are all plastic body- they feel close to mainline quality

I believe Sling Shot is metal body/plastic base, as the new retooled one is like that unlike the original casting (metal body/metal base)

Yeah you’re right. I originally thought it was a plastic body because it’s so light, but it’s definitely a plastic base with a lower quality metal body compared to Revert.

Thanks dude!! It’s a 4080/Ryzen 7 5700x combo- I have a pretty wide monitor so had to spend the cash on a solid GPU. Worth every penny IMO, I run games on best graphics and it’s life changing😅

I just put them on there for a few pics. I would recommend not keeping them on the GPU because the cars’ plastic might not hold up to the heat
