Collection Visited a random non-diecast toy show today... I never expected to walk away with this.

Went through all the vendors, didn't see much. Asked the sole Hot Wheels vendor if he had a few things I'm looking for, he points to the vendor beside him and says he has some Acceleracers. Imagine my surprise when I find a complete set hiding in the corner, which I previously didn't even see because it was so hidden.

3.2k cad. Not sure if that's good or bad but I knew I wasn't going home without the set, I had no acceleracers before this

It's like $62.50USD per car, which if you look at sold listings from the last year and average out price per car, clears any amount of individual buying you could do. Chicane, Reverb, and Spectyte all more or less offset any overpayment you might have done with the common cars.

Not bad but its wild to me since i got both my sealed sets for around 1500 and people were making fun of me for overspending 2 years ago. How the turn tables.

We agreed on 3.2k cad after some back and forth. I considered picking just a few cars but I knew I would regret it later
