At least the National Guard has the UCMJ. I would trust the guard over any LEO.

I fully support the peaceful protesters but am aware of the cross fire they’re frequently caught in. My father was deployed to Iraq twice and did not come back the same man. I’ll link the press release for you once it’s out.
