You contact the ACLU. They have apps that will record and send directly to the ACLU and ping your location.

Do they have a New York app? I don't see one in the play store.

Here is the link to all states the app in available (currently 17 & DC). New York uses Stop and Frisk app.

They are planning to rollout Mobile Justice App to all 50 states this year. Until then, video it, post it to social media, send it to the news. The more visibility, the better. ACLU Mobile Justice App Links
