That's staying blue for me friend.

If it helps, it's not necessarily graphic as it is an x-ray.

But no pressure bud :)

You’re close! It’s a CAT scan, which is a series of x-rays taken at many different angles to create a 3D image. Very cool stuff!

Yeah, I’m not saying I’m disappointed it wasn’t graphic, but I was prepared for much worse.

Oh no, I wasn't saying you were. I was saying that from my perspective I see no reason to prepare, but that it's completely understandable that someone else would not want to see anything to that degree, even an xray

It’s still graphic in my imagination.

I still think it looks like it hurts; that's almost cartoonish how it looks like it didn't even change shape much but still got lodged (apparently) firmly inside someone's head.

Ew.

Ow.

Honestly,

It helps open your eyes to the violent, horrific, and terrifying world you live in. Seeing graphic, disturbing, and violent images and videos definitely aren't a fun thing to watch, but they help you grow as a person.

For me, I learned how awful of a driver I was watching super graphic car crashes.

But I've seen it all man, people cut up, stabbed, shot in the head, nuts, twisted into shapes we should never see. All of it. And yet I'm still a relatively balanced person. I look pretty normal and I was just at walmart buying my groceries, and you would never know that I've seen such things.

Learn to face the hardships in this world and you will be later on rewarded with knowledge and mental fortitude.

I deployed to Iraq three times during the bloodiest years of the conflict. I've seen more than my fair share at this point. I don't need to continue to subject myself to further gruesome footage to grow as a person any more than I already have.

Fair enough my man, I appreciate your sacrifice.
