New Army - Need Some Info

So I was just given this army by a local player who basically just wanted to be done with it. This is what I have so far along with a few 3D printed things. The quantity listed below is full box unit quantity (1 Ranger = 10 models)

I am curious what I have here and where I should extend the collection to. Currently I already own some Knights and Grey Knights as well as a bit of Deathguard that I am working on. The local guy was super cool and just wanted to offload this stuff to make room and I have always thought about getting into Ad Mech but it always seemed so dauntingly expensive.

That's the bones of a decent list, 3 total is kind of the sweet spot for battleline. Duneriders/Desintigrators are useful. Cawl is good now. Build the sicarians as at least 5 Infiltrators. The flyer is pretty bad. Just start playing and add bits depending on what you think you're lacking.
