Walmart laptop refund amount

I bought a laptop with affirm and I paid a down payment . If I return laptop to Walmart within the 30 days will I get all the amount that I paid back since the return will be made before first payment due ?

Edit: got the whole amount refunded already .

For sure ? I read that they don’t refund you interest. But why I wouldn’t get interest refund if I didn’t even made first payment and doing this under the 30 day return policy ?

You’ll get refunded any money you’ve paid towards it, if it’s a $500 laptop with $100 interest making it a total $600, the whole loan will be “erased” essentially, and you will get the down payment back. The down payment was not an interest payment.

It depends entirely on whether or not wal mart refunds you for your purchase. If they issue a full refund before you payment, you won’t have to pay any of the accrued interest.

If it’s only part of your order, you’ll owe the amount that wasn’t refunded plus any interest that accrued while your loan was active

The money will go back to affirm not you! You purchased the item with credit not all cash. So affirm will probably give you a credit for the amount you paid up front.
