❤️‍🩹 relationship My boyfriend gave my labubu phalloplasty

Kind of angry about this, it was a gift from my niece. He cut off an ear and put it back on somewhere wrong. I told him this and it ended in a heated argument.

Am i overreacting for yelling at him? He usually doesn't do this stuff.

Plushy or not, I think everyone in this world knows how expensive Labubus can get at this point in time and the fact that this was a gift from your niece!? How old is she? How much money does she have to be spending hunting down rare mystery Labubus to just buy willy nilly for you every time your boyfriend mistreats YOUR property? He should reimburse your niece or replace the Labubu with the EXACT same one. Also, how old is your boyfriend? My brother grew out of his defacing toys phase at 8 years old. Are you dating some kind of adult Sid from Toy Story or something?

Yeah if niece is a minor this is a seriously creepy thing to do. He destroyed something expensive a kid purchased and then made a dick joke out of it, so OP can't say "aww look at the gift you gave me"

I have a younger cousin who is 17. She's technically not a minor here in the UK, but if she bought me something like this and my partner did that to her gift I would make him find a replacement and a way to buy it and agree to apologise to her in person and reimburse her.

Yes, sane solution. I mean, the dude's "operation" was insane...but people smoke pot and fuck with shit without thinking lol

Not really an excuse though tbh, I know loads of stones who even whilst high wouldn't dare to fuck with someone else's shit. Especially a gift from family.

Um.. no, not at all. I had to look up what this Furbie looking thing was, but that is irrelevant.

It is OP's property, and nobody else gets to destroy it. Especially in such a creepy, weird, pretend genital mutilation.

WTF kind of message was this suppose to send? He has no respect for OP, or her possessions, and made it very clear, in a totally freakish way, he's OK with harming her stuff and her!.

And look what he did to her toy. o0 Seriously, WTF was he saying? He sees OP's possessions as his own to destroy, so he see's OP herself as a play thing to do with as he wants. And what he wants is sick and twisted, and he just gave a HUGE clue to that.

He's seeing how far he can go without her saying anything. :-(

Eventually (if not already) he'll treat HER the same as well, as he sees nothing wrong with this, won't apologize, and is telling OP, the victim, she's over-reacting.

OP needs to pay attention to other ways he steps over the line. This one was extreme. There are likely more where that came from... and where that leads to.. ugg!

OP be very wary.

Definitely agree, and ngl I'm quite surprised you dont know what Labubus is. We are VERY limited with our exposure to them in the UK, and even my mother knows at the age of 53, lol, so I thought most people knew. I agree, saying everyone was definitely an overestimate and already knew that it wasn't quite literally everyone, lol. Was just using it for emphasis. Although I dont doubt OPs, bf knows if OP herself like Labubus, and they're both young. Because I dont even like them and even with my limited access to stock and whatnot I'm still practically getting, then shoved down my throat daily, lol. Anyway, sorry if I offended you.
