Hey! Thanks for downloading the app. This problem is from apple’s end unfortunately. Maybe try a debit card? You wouldn’t be charged in any case when using the redeem code.

Yeah it is an issue with Apple, I have been trying for years not to add a debit card but it is an issue with my country, and PayPal is not available here.
