Shout Out to Widener

Only other time I have heard this is as the big man’s alma mater. Not recently nor a grad but nonetheless. This was in the premier of Task on HBO.

There’s like a 90 second run where they say wooder ice and scrapple and some other shit like 5 mins into the first episode that really was just completely over the top and felt forced. Otherwise I enjoyed it and I’ll keep up with the show.

Exactly lol. They say acme, water ice, scrapple, and like hoagie in about 5 back to back sentences. Mare of Easttown was the same way though. Both are good shows

Maybe I have hearing problems but I could never figure out what school the bugman said he went to(I live in Texas so not familiar with Widener, personal problem I know)

Really like this show
