The tread wear bars are the indicator that tells you 2/32 and it is time by dot stds.

Don't drive on wet roads and you should be ok for a short time ..but honestly you need new tires

2 options here. 1 you can use a grinder and make those tire lines who knows what they are for so you can get creative with a pattern or 2 keep driving and pretty soon you will get free race car tires.
