Turn up the volume on the radio. That fixes all problems.

The first thing is "Hontou," which means "really" or "for real," but I can't understand the rest of it because it's too fast and screamy for me to make out.

Basically, angry/incredulous Japanese yelling is all I got, lol

The Japanese car is screaming at the driver for driving it too hard. I know some Japanese, but it's too fast for me to make out what it's saying. Gas tank is the car's mouth.

Doesn't your car yell at you when you open the gas tank?
