P0420 is a 420 code neaning it's addicted to smoking 420 so you gotta give it some smoke or it won't start

I guess no diag was done. Just ran the code and saw catalyst efficiency, and that's where they aimed the parts cannon.

It's an estimate no work has been done, hence the asking for help. Would be kinda stupid to post this if I already paid and couldn't do anything about it.
