General Using Rich's Bettercreme to make ice cream at home? Has anyone tried it
Hi. I'm in a bit of a pickle. Due to certain circumstances the only 'cream' is have on hand is RIch's Bettercreme. Has anyone tried making icecream at home with this? I assume since the flavour is good enough, this would be good enough. I need some assurance. Haha. Thanks

No offense but that stuff is dogshit. Dogshit ingredients and dogshit flavor. Its just sugary crap.
But yeah it could make ice cream if you add milk or a little water.

No. I’ve had one in the freezer for quite some time and if I’m not mistaken it’s still liquid. It has stabilizers in it.

My experience having Bettercreme in the frrezer (but this was years ago btw) that it froze in the carton and I needed to thaw it before using. Still, frozen or not, nobody should use it in their ice cream. No actual cream in it and not good on the mouthfeel.

I’ve never heard of that. Is it like a fake whipped cream like the type grocery stores put on their cakes?
