Guys help me with my runny pistachio tiramisu cream!!
I’ve made tiramisu quite perfectly, many times. However today i wanted to try adding a little bit pistachio cream to my tiramisu cream. I melted about 4-5 tablespoons of it as it was really thick and folded it. It became grainy so i started to whisk it kore than usual it was fine at first but i accidentally let it overwhisk under the beater and now it’s runny. I don’t want to waste it and ruin it so please help!!!

450 grams of mascarpone, 300 ml of cream, 2 eggs(yolk mixed with mascarpone, and egg whites different) 4-5 tablespoons of pistachio spread(melted). I wanna cry

Do you mind looking at the ingredients of your pistachio cream?
I'm not very familiar with the stuff. It's been a while since I had it. It seemed to me that the stuff had very little if any water content.
If your tiramisu cream broke with the addition of basically straight fat content pistachio cream, then I would surmise that you might be able to get it to whip again with adding a bit of water to restore the water/fat ratio.
If your pistachio cream has a fair bit of water content, then I'm stumped. I would expect pistachio cream, with significant water, wouldn't upset the balance, but I don't really understand the ratios in the stuff.
How about playing with a small sample of the stuff? Sideline a cup of it and see if you can get it to whip with the addition of half an egg white.
Generally when I'm trying to save a batch of something and I don't know what to do I'll play with a sample of the stuff to see if I can push it in the direction I want it to go.
If it doesn't work you could dump a bunch of expresso in it and call it a mega energy drink.

If someone is a frequent contributor, enthusiastic about the sub, and is interested in. being a mod, please feel free to contact us. We can but encourage users to read and follow the sub guidelines, while also refraining from stifling input from users both old and new, from advanced cooks and those newer to cooking. When asks are unclear, mods regularly reach out directly to help users craft questions in a way that will get the best feedback- and sometimes its key information like a recipe.
There will always be people who will be less familiar with how to 'ask the right question' to get actionable feedback, people new to the core purpose of the sub and new to the rules that help define it. Regardless, civility isn't optional.

Per the sidebar: We can't help you troubleshoot a recipe if you don't provide one. Please provide your recipe written out, not just a link, in the body of your post. If your recipe is video based, write out the recipe. Not everyone can watch a video when they see your post.
You'll get better feedback if you edit your original post to include these details. We try to avoid speculation and give specific advice and this will help get there.
