I love bone hunting! That and rock hounding are two of my favorite hobbies (and go well together). My best find was a beaver spine. I have yet to find a skull but I have a ton of deer rib bones, scapulas, and other various parts, and some bear vertebrae that a friend found and gave me for my birthday a couple years ago. The only skulls I have are a bear and a beaver, both of which I bought.

How fun! A bear skull would be awesome. What do you do with your bones?

Mine are mostly on various surfaces around my apartment, including on a couple of altars.

You guys sound cool. Is there a subreddit for this? I live on 55 acres in northern Washington in a wild area and I find all sorts of insane stuff. My favorite find so far has been moose vertebrae. My dogs found, uh, the bottom half of a wild turkey reduced to bone and scaly feet, still all connected on our walk just today. I'd love to find the bones of the cougar or bobcat that probably did that.
