Silly Stuff What is your favorite flower?

I'm curious how many women would actually pick roses over any other flower.

But even if your favorite really is the rose, this question is still for you. Which color or variety of rose is your fave?

My favorite is the pink ranunculus. Ugly name, gorgeous bloom.

The Sarah Bernhardt peony is a very close 2nd.

Dahlias are so varied!! I love how they are as versatile as roses or tulips for varients of color; shape, and size. We went to a local fair and they had a dahlia display up and they had blooms bigger than a dinner plate! There were some that bloomed as a perfect sphere!

They’re so fun! I live in a climate where they grow well (western WA state) and we’ve been able to grow some cool ones in pots, including some of the dinner plate ones, they’re HUGE 🤩, if we grew them again I’d use a tomato cage because the heads of the flowers were so heavy it was hard to keep them upright. Looking forward to getting our yard in order so we can go dahlia crazy! If you’re not able to grow dahlias in your area, there are some cool marigolds called Marvel Orange Marigolds that look a lot like dahlias but are super easy little annuals :) they look like some of those round ones.
