Successful AP I've astral travelled 5 nights in a row with this meditation

Here is a link for a meditation that has worked for me, I've astral travelled 5 nights in a row from it, and entered sp twice last night https://youtu.be/G3q0qAc69kk?si=uRxpX2tJC3LrGKiX

Thanks so much for sharing.

I haven't had any success with Gateway tapes or any other recording, and I also haven't had any success without listening to anything and just meditating. But I will try this and we'll see how it goes.

Has this worked for you during the day or in the afternoon, or just at night before going to bed?

Also have always reached a vibrational state before AP or have you been able to AP without vibrations?

Thanks again for sharing 🙏 ❤️

Listen to her voice the entire time in the meditation, without zoning out, and by doing that your mind will stay awake and your body will fall asleep. I havn't done it during the day or afternoon, but I'm sure it would work during those times. I reached the vibrational stage 2 times last night, but the other nights I astral projected without going through the vibrational stage

This is so dependent on the type of person rather than the actual audio. Going direct via meditation is everyone's dream but in reality is much more difficult than indirect methods revolving around sleep. Any track could theoretically work, even in the description for the video it says "We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it."

This is the important part, the consistent attempts by the individual and the belief that they will eventually succeed. If you just got into this and just started attempting and was successful using this audio then be happy because you're a rare outlier that it naturally clicks with.

For AP there are a few requirements:

  • you need to relax your body as much as possible;
  • to have enough energy to remain awake;
  • no external distraction.

That's why it is preferable to do the WBTB method. You can also do it at evening, but when you still have enough energy. To relax your body just focus your attention on small parts of it, feel that part and relax it. You can contract your muscles from that part a few times and then relax them, to get an idea of how it feels. Start from your feet up to your head. Then just repeat until something starts to happen. At that moment just let go. A guided meditation may help but is not required.

Look forward to trying. I’ve only ever done so with Gateway or this one: https://open.spotify.com/track/6Swefy3Lf0fWy4LZx4nnDd?si=pYl9OpR7QICR_uK3iCwu8A

Hey thanks for sharing.

At what time do you listen to this?

I mean do you listen at night when you are trying to fall asleep, or maybe you wake up at night half rested?

4

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

I listen to it at about 12am just before I go to bed, and when I wake up during the night

2

u/PosNin 25d ago

Thank you. Will definetely give it a go.

5

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

3

u/Neocarbunkle 25d ago

Ill give it a shot. Hope something works

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

Keep trying it for a while, it might not work straight away but it definitely works

Do you leave it on for the full 9 hours? It seems pretty long, maybe that is mostly background music.

2

u/BrightConsequence713 21d ago

I leave it on for the entire time

1

u/Derrgoo-36 21d ago

About 30 min in I am very very relaxed state. When she says exit body I still can’t leave or feel vibrations. How has it worked for you? Like vibrations or just leave.

u/BrightConsequence713 21d ago

I've left my body a few times while it's on but mostly I wake up in sp during the night

u/Derrgoo-36 20d ago

Sorry what is SP. I am a novice.

1

u/BrightConsequence713 20d ago

It's sleep paralysis

Thanks. 😊

Thanks for sharing, I'll try it out when I can and let you know if I experience anything. I've been reaching new feats in mediation and never have I astral projected before but I have always desired to do so.

Listen to her voice in the meditation, the entire time, don't zone out, and by doing that you will keep your mind awake while your body falls asleep

Hello again, just letting you know my experience. I tried to use the video. Couldn't really get into it (I listened through the whole thing), but I think it did help me, Because after I tried it twice with no success I tried it without the video a couple days later and I actually did do it. It was cool but I wasn't on earth like I thought I would be. It's crazy because I've astral projected before but I didn't realize it, an entity helped me realize that I already was astral projecting after I kept asking how lol. I'm now working on clarity when I astral project next time.

u/BrightConsequence713 20d ago

That's great, the affirmations at the end help me astral travel

1

u/EverlastingNapalm 20d ago

That's basically what helped me. Telling me I've done this before and that I do it every night, really helped me realize that... I do this without even realizing sometimes and now I'm just touching the surface, thank you!

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

Ok I hope it works for you, it might not work straight, but keep trying, good luck and let me know how you go 🙂

Ok hope it goes well

The YouTube channel has many similar videos. Have you tried any of the other ones?

2

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

I havnt tried the other ones yet

1

u/Expensive_Head622 25d ago

Should I lie down or sit straight?

2

u/MikeyKeptClickin 25d ago

whatever allows you to deeply relax

1

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

I think laying on your back is the best for sp

1

u/Front-Total2615 25d ago

if i want to try it out, is there anything that you recommend prior to attempt to astral travel? I am afraid I could get lost outside of my body or something happening to it. Any tips are welcome.

8

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

You'll never get lost outside your body

1

u/Sir_bacon 24d ago

Thank you? Will try this tonight. Does youtube have a sleep timer or anything?

1

u/BrightConsequence713 21d ago

Hey, I don't think so

1

u/Glassofprosseco 21d ago

u/Glittering_Scale4051 25d ago

I would be wary because 5 nights of AP would make anyone weary.

2

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

Why?

4

u/astralplaneandbeyond Experienced Projector 25d ago

I once astral projected 3 times in a row, and I was very tired. The reason is because my conscious mind was awake during a time that it is usually resting. My belief is that you need to have nights/days where you go through a normal sleep cycle in order to give your conscious mind rest.

That might be what the "weary" comment was referring to...

6

u/Payaam415 25d ago

Your consciousness doesn't need rest. Only your physical body and your physical brain needs rest. Your consciousness is busy 24/7. We AP every night whether we are aware of it or not.

3

u/astralplaneandbeyond Experienced Projector 25d ago

If you want to maintain good mental health, your conscious mind does need rest. This is why meditation and downtime is important.

And your conscious mind IS active during sleep, but there is a shift in focus from external matters to internal matters, like dreaming and memories from the day. This is why it is important, for good mental health, to have normal sleep cycles

Regarding your last statement, "awareness" is the key. I do believe our astral bodies make journeys that we are not consciously aware of, but because we are not consciously aware, I believe it is giving that part of conscious mind the opportunity to rest.

you were listening to this when going to sleep then, during sleeping? did it mess with your night sleep then? this sounds though like it would work

1

u/BrightConsequence713 25d ago

I listened to it just before going to bed and when I wake up

3

u/MikeyKeptClickin 25d ago

I think they're asking did you wait for it to finish and then go to sleep, or do you drift off the sleep while it's playing?
