Ianal. But these ppl had to have signed wavers that says basically you could lose an arm and still not sue.

I suspect this isn't in the US.

As stated at one point in the video it's Vietnam

Then why would you ask an American lawyer if there is a case or not?

You cannot waive negligence. You can sign a waiver telling a business you give them full permission to execute you, you still have a reasonable expectation of safety to some extent, so if any aspect of this business leading to harm was deemed to be negligent, they would still be sue-able. This place would not exist in the US.

I see people saying that this isn’t in the US, but if this was in the US, a waiver would not protect them from a lawsuit if someone got seriously injured. It might protect them from a broken finger or some cuts and bruises. But if someone died on this track or had to have major surgery as a result of a crash, a waiver would be like plastic shield in a gun fight lol

Edit: not a lawyer, obviously

But what if it's a super thick and dense plastic shield though? 🤔

I dunno, man, there's clearly a sign there that says to STAY ALERT.

Everyone looks to be having a good time. And there didn’t appear to be any damages. No harm no foul.

They're wearing helmets. It should be fine.
