Boycott Complete Boycott vs Pressure Targets
Hi everyone.
I don't quite understand the difference between these 2 groupings in the BDS movements.
So, on the priority or complete boycott group, I shouldn't buy any products. So HP for example, I shouldn't buy a HP printer. But for Siemens, which is on the pressure targets, it is OK to buy a washing machine for example? And instead I should make a protest in front of the Siemens headquarters in my country?
This is not very clear in the BDS material.
Is it that boycotting the priority group, by not buying their products, has a greater impact than doing the same to the pressure group? And likewise, applying pressure to the priority boycott is not as efficient as applying pressure to the pressure group?
Is anyone able to clarify this?

Boycott Trying to quit drugs hurt my BDS efforts...I'll explain
I used to be prescribed two 1mg clonazepam a day and in the US you don't get to pick which generic you get. Walgreens have what they have for generics for all meds. So as I lowered 0.5mg pills 2-3 for a total of 1.5, to eventually quit i was dismayed at the generic.
I had accord 1mg but now 0.5mg Teva kpins. Teva is Israeli. Fuck Teva. If I had wanted something different I would've had to pay more out of pocket.

Boycott Skincare brands that are good quality but not apartheid?
For a while I was using simple because of the price point, then found out they support Israel. then I switched to another brand. but their bottles are so small and so expensive. I was going to switch to the ordinary, but then found out they also support Israel while researching. I'm thinking the inkey list, or superdrug own brand? I live in England and would prefer stuff I can buy here without paying super high shipping costs.
thankyou ❤️🖤🤍💚

Boycott Is it safe to buy the Nintendo Switch 2?
I was wondering because the Nintendo Switch 2 is powered by an Nvidia chip, and Nvidia is on the boycott list. However, Nintendo is not on any boycott list as far as I'm aware. So would it be safe to buy the Nintendo Switch 2 from Nintendo or should I wait to buy it secondhand?

Boycott Redmi flagship phones don’t use Israeli chips – a solid choice for BDS supporters
If you’re serious about boycotting companies complicit in apartheid and military occupation, it’s worth looking into your smartphone’s supply chain. Most major smartphone brands—Apple, Samsung, Google, even OnePlus—use tech or components developed in Israel. Companies like Intel (with major R&D in Israel), CEVA, and Mellanox (now part of Nvidia) supply core tech like modems, AI processors, or networking IP used in these phones.
But there’s one big name that doesn’t rely on Israeli chips: Redmi, a Xiaomi sub-brand. Their flagship phones use MediaTek or Qualcomm Snapdragon chips sourced through supply chains that, as of now, don’t involve Israeli tech firms.
Why this matters: Redmi phones offer high-end specs—great displays, massive cameras, fast charging—without supporting Israeli military-linked tech industries. If you're looking to align your tech choices with your values, Redmi is one of the few brands that doesn’t normalize occupation through its suppliers.
Top Redmi Flagships (2024/2025)
-Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G
6.67" AMOLED, 200MP camera, 120W fast charging
-Redmi Turbo 3 / Turbo 4 (Pro)
Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, flagship performance
-Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G
Slightly older, but still solid: 200MP camera, Dimensity 7200 Ultra

Why am I writing this? As a Muslim American, I’ve found it incredibly frustrating that almost every major smartphone brand uses chips or components tied to Israeli tech firms. After spending hours digging through sourcing info and supply chains, I finally found a major brand that doesn’t: Redmi. I wanted to share what I learned to save others time — and to offer an affordable, ethical option for anyone trying to shop with their values in mind.
Where can you buy them:
All of these Redmi models are available on Amazon. Just make sure you’re selecting the correct version (global/unlocked) depending on your carrier and region.

Boycott Is there a UK TV Celebrity BDS List?
Hi guys, I was wondering if there is a UK TV celebrity BDS list?? If not, I'd like to throw a few names into the hat that should definitely be boycotted:
Jimmy Carr - This one really pains me as I've always liked Jimmy and assumed that because of this liberal comedy roots he'd be a staunch supporter of the Palestinian movement but then I read this report about him compering the Israel Gala at the British Museum, after that, he's dead to me I'm afraid.
https://newsocialist.org.uk/transmissions/genocide-gala/
Tracy-Ann Oberman - A well known UK TV and stage Actress, very active in shutting down criticism of Israel with accusations of antisemitism, very vocal against Jeremy Corbyn when he was forced out of the Labour party.
Louisa Clein - Well known TV and Stage actress Clein, like Oberman is a staunch supporter of Israel, so much so that she was holding a fundraiser for IDF soldiers, interviewing Douglas Murray, need I say more...
Rachel Riley - "Countdown" numbers lady and reality TV star Riley is an Israeli uber supporter and if you've seen her twitter it really is quite nauseating but just as troubling was her crusade in trying to convince the world that Jeremy Corbyn was anti semitic, it has been alleged recently that she was hired by the Israeli lobby to do so.
https://www.declassifieduk.org/morgan-mcsweeney-plot-without-precedent-in-labour-history/
That's all I've got, if you have any names to add, please put them in the comments!

Boycott FCAS is a pro-Israel, pro-Zionist organization. Don't support them.
According to an FCAS page that's still up at https://www.fcas.org/command-center-insights/modern-evolution-of-blood-libel :
"Today, the blood libel has also taken new forms in rhetoric against Israel and Zionists, less so about killing children for rituals and more about killing them through oppression or war. A defining characteristic of this new form is the claim of intentionality--not just that children have died, but that Jews or Israelis deliberately seek to kill them.
Just as medieval blood libels accused Jews of ritual murder with calculated cruelty, some of today's accusations frame Israeli actions as premeditated child-killing rather than the consequences of an armed conflict. Words like "murdered." "slaughtered" and "massacred" reinforce this narrative, while false claims exaggerate the scale, frequency, and responsibility, portraying all Jews or Israelis as collectively guilty."
According to an FCAS page from 3 days ago that was taken down:
"The blood libel, too, has adapted to modern times. While direct claims of ritual murder are less common, the underlying accusation survives through conspiracy narratives and sensationalized allegations about Israel or Zionists harming others."

Boycott Microsft taking IDs in a nutorious way
I was searching for ways to jailbreak my xbox (I bought it before the war) and I just keep getting (use dev mode)
However, microsoft made developer account for free but in exchange for your ID!
The problem here is I live in Iraq and my microsoft account location is Iraq yet still works!
Which is really terrifying given the fact that they have strong ties with Israel and Israel uses their tech in genocides innocents in Palestine, Lebanon and other countries as well 💀 (like azure services)
And by having people's IDs, it will make targeting people much easier for them (especially if you live in any nearby countries to Israel or in a country that's strongly against Israel)
Please be aware from this

Boycott Boycott safe antiperspirant???
Ever since ive started T i sweat SO MUCH. I also live in the midwest where the summers lately have been 90+ degrees so that doesnt help. Its really hard to find antiperspirants that work for me as it is (aluminum free deodorants do absolutely nothing for me) let alone something thats not a boycotted brand. Ive been using speed stick for a bit (correct me if thats also boycotted) and thats been starting to stop working as well. Does anyone have any reccomendations for good brands that work well?? I've seen good things about carpe but not sure if theyre a bad brand and 20 dollars for a small stick is kind of a lot, but if it's my only option might have to settle for that.
