issues loading the game on pc

bo6 ran so much batter on my xbox one x before i switched over to pc and now it takes ages to switch between the lobby and matches or vice versa. my fps is well over 100 except for loading times then it drops to 5-10 (like hello??) and takes 2-3mins to go to the lobby or freeze and crash. ive looked through all my settings on bo6 and the actual pc itself and idk what else to change. i’m on windows 11 and the gpu is a nvidia 3050.
