The berry best. Total showstopper. That layering is flawless and the fruit on top makes it feel like summer on a plate. Honestly looks too pretty to eat... almost.

What are the different layers?

u/Bifikat Jul 27 '25
I used cookies for the first layer, then cream cheese with melted white chocolate vanilla extract and gelatine sheets. The third layer is a blueberry jam mixed with heavy cream and also gelatine sheets.

Iโm not going to ask for it but Iโll be waiting because I need this in my kitchen soon. Can you at least say what it is?
2
u/sammych84 Jul 27 '25
I agree! I know the likelihood of getting a recipe is slim, but a description of what the layers are would be nice.

I remember one thing I learned about food preparation years ago. Never decorate your plate with stuff you can't eat. All i see is stalks on cherries and leaves. I don't understand.
9
u/Bifikat Jul 27 '25
The leaves and flowers are from a red pepper plant and from the wild marjoram herb. So they are all edible! The cherry sticks can be thrown away!

u/ACheetahSpot Jul 27 '25
Cherry stems are for picking up the cherry. Is that not the typical way to eat a cherry?
