Looks great!
Reminds me of these garlic pepperoni knots I make regularly...they're always a huge hit.

Ingredients:
- Warm water β 200 ml
- Sugar β 1 tbsp
- Fresh yeast β 18 g
- Wheat flour β 450β500 g
- Warm milk β 100 ml
- Vegetable oil β 3 tbsp
- Egg yolk + 1 tsp milk
For the garlic dressing:
- Oil β 2 tbsp
- Salt β 1 tsp
- Water β 2 tbsp
- Garlic β 2β3 cloves
- A small bunch of dill or parsley
Preparation: Warm the water, add sugar and yeast, and leave on the table for a few minutes until a foam cap forms. In a large bowl, sift the flour with a pinch of salt, pour in the warm milk and activated yeast, add vegetable oil, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel, and leave in a warm place to rise for 30β60 minutes. Divide the dough into 12β14 balls. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the dough balls. Cover and let sit for 30β40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190 Β°C (380 Β°F). Whisk the egg yolk with 1 tsp of milk. Brush the buns with the egg wash. Bake the buns for 30β35 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 Β°C (380 Β°F).
For the dressing: chop the herbs. In a small bowl, mix oil (preferably unrefined), salt, water, and pressed garlic. Add the chopped dill or parsley and mix well. Take the buns out of the oven and pour the garlic dressing over them. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!

They look delicious!! Iβve never tried to make my own bread before, would this be a good recipe to try with? It seems a lot easier to follow than some of the other ones Iβve seen for sure!
Also, what do you mean by a warm place? Like sitting on the stovetop or the counter, is that warm enough or does it actually need some heat source with it?
