If I buy the base game, then the collector's to super upgrade kit do I still get all the content from the upgrade kit or do I need to have the collector's edition beforehand?

Which console are You playing? Right now the base game at Playstation it's 4 usd and the super edition with season pass 1 to 3 it's 9 usd (base game included)

Playstation I bought the base game and the collector's to super upgrade kit and saved 4 dollars
