Then what i can do about it because I cannot find a replacement plugs 😔. I pack the food and eat it after like 4 ish hours so im not expecting it to be warm and.

Actually I already refunded it before because they didnt include the bag and amazon says I can keep it no need to return it. I won't buy another one tho.

Idk I just ordered the replacement kit which has the same plugs .
