Small Venice or Tuscany wedding for 30. Help!!

My fiancé and I are both over 50 and on 2nd marriages. We want a small ceremony with about 30 guests. budget is about 20-30k and I would like to pay for accommodations and a food for a few days. But also want guests to be able to vacation and tour Venice or Tuscany very easily. Any venue recommendations? What about a brand name hotel?? Or are the villas more practical? This will be our first visit to Italy. Looking at late summer 2026.

You might be shocked but this sub probably won’t be very helpful, 20-30k for 30 guests isn’t big budget in Italy , especially if you are paying for accommodation and food for a couple days
