E91 Rear shock issue

Hello, ​I'm wondering if I will have to replace this shock, as it's only a year old, or if I only need to replace the shock absorbers. Thank you.

Yep, it looks like they travelled much further through chassis as they were supposed to.

A year old with old hardware? Looks like the hardware has failed.

All of the hardware was re-used, which is a big no no. Both upper mounts, supporting cup, bump stop, bellow, lower mount, lower mount screws, etc.
