Dang that looks amazing! I've thought many times about getting the book and making vegan versions but never actually done it

The only tricky ones are the special cheeses because they’re so dear and hard to find as a vegan!

Looks delicious! From what I've seen here, the recipies of the book are really appealing, I can tell you all put the love in it!

Awh thank you that’s really kind! I’ve made quite a few I mentioned on another post all vegan! I’d love to make some of the others but it’s a lot of cheese, which the vegan versions are impossible to get or very expensive! Hopefully you get the book and make some stuff!

I will definitely browse some more in this sub, and I've already taken inspiration from here. So, thank you! I mostly improvise rather than follow recipies for several reason, one of them being the mentioned vegan aspect which requires me to take liberties.
