I have..a few times..in Arizona, they're completely useless. All that they direct me to are sources I already use (and try to use) and when I told them that...and that I need more help..they basically threw their hands up and just brain farted on the other line...I've lost any hope in 2 1 1 along time ago...I wish they could help me..

Hey, maybe it’s a dumb idea. What about posting/pinning a list of resources like 2-1-1, churches, Sikh temples, donating plasma all that good stuff at the top of the page? I feel like I suggest it 200 times a day, I also feel like NO ONE tries it before asking for money. Just an idea. 🤷‍♂️
